I. Refund Policy

Upon successful purchase, our customer service will deliver the product to you within 10 minutes, or send the redemption code to your email for self-delivery, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services.

If you are dissatisfied with the product's usage, you can apply for a full refund under conditions approved by our company.

Refunds require reasonable reasons for explanation, such as:

  • Change of mind before delivery of the order;
  • Failure to complete delivery within the specified time after purchase;
  • Duplicate payments caused by payment platforms;
  • Product or account errors during the delivery process.

How to Apply for a Refund

For undelivered orders, we will process refunds as follows:

  • If you used a Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit card, the refund will be credited back to your original payment card;
  • If you used PayPal wallet, refunds will generally be credited back to your original payment card, or in some cases to your PayPal balance;
  • For other payment methods, please contact us via email for refund inquiries.

PS: Please note that refunds deposited to your Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

For delivered orders, if there are quality issues, refunds can be processed upon return.

2. Refund Assistance

  1. Can I cancel my order? If your situation meets the conditions for a full refund, the order can be canceled.

  2. How long does it take to cancel an order? Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, but actual refund times depend on your payment method. Due to holidays, refunds may take longer than expected, but will not exceed 30 days. If you have not received your refund after 30 days of approval, please contact us to check the refund status.

  3. Why haven't I received my refund after a few days? If you still haven't received your refund after we have agreed to a refund, it may be due to the following reasons: a. Holiday reasons: Due to holidays, banking processes, etc., the refund process may take up to about 30 days. b. Chargeback requests: If you choose to file a chargeback, your payment institution may temporarily hold the funds until the request is resolved. Please contact your bank or relevant authority to inquire about chargeback procedures.
